Mozart in Dulwich *CANCELLED*

20 November 2020
St Stephen's Church, Dulwich London

Sadly, following the Prime Minister’s announcement of a second lockdown, this concert cannot now go ahead. We will be in touch with all ticket holders shortly to arrange a refund.
Thankfully, however, an online broadcast of the Mozart Serenade will be going ahead, and tickets for this are on sale here.

Musicians from the Academy perform Mozart’s Serenade No.10 ‘Gran Partita’.

Written for 12 wind instruments and double bass, the ‘Gran Partita’ is arguably the greatest of the three large-scale serenades Mozart wrote in the early 1780s. Made up of seven movements, the third movement ‘Adagio’ is perhaps the best known, thanks to it featuring prominently in the stage play and film of Amadeus¬†by Peter Shaffer, for which the Academy recorded the soundtrack.

Join us for a socially-distanced performance of this much-loved work.

Concert begins at 7pm and will last no more than 1hr.

Please read this important safety information:
