Together with our Principal Guest Conductor, pianist Murray Perahia, the Academy travels to cities across Europe to perform well-loved works by Schumann, Schubert and Beethoven.

In the more than 40 years performing on the concert stage, American pianist Murray Perahia has become one of the most sought-after and cherished pianists of our time, working with all of the major international music centres and every leading orchestra. He has toured as conductor and pianist with the Academy of St Martin in the Fields throughout the United States, Europe, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
